Taopatch USA Return Policy

All returns must include the following or it will be rejected and returned back to you at your cost:

  • Product purchased from Taopatch USA.
  • All return requests for refund or replacement can be submitted via email to hello@taopatch.co with valid return reasons selected within ninety (90) calendar days from receiving the order.
  • The return process will be provided for eligible orders. This process is to be completed within 5 days of receiving the steps. The tracking number to your return should be sent to us to finish the return process.

Additional Return Requirements and Refund Policy:

  • Customer must have attended How To Use Taopatch Session at least once or had a 1 on 1 session with our Care Team to ensure proper use of product.
  • All return or replacement request will be processed after the returned item is received by Taopatch USA Fulfillment Team.
  • Shipment received with visible damages must be reported to us within three (3) calendar days of the delivery date.
  • All items included in the order must be returned to be eligible for a refund. Returns with missing part(s) (including, but not limited to, original manufacturer packing materials and retail packaging) will not be processed until the part is received.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping expenses such as shipping fees and custom fees. Replacements will be shipped at our expense.
  • The customer is required to ship the return products with sufficient shipping packaging and void fill material inside to prevent the product from physically damaging during return transportation or the customer will be responsible for any loss and damages in return shipping. Any loss or damages during the return shipping due to insufficient shipping packaging may result in the return being rejected back to you or charges to be applied to your refund determined by Taopatch USA.
  • Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in acceptable conditions in strict conformance with the basic criteria and standard returns policy, the purchase price will be credited to the mode of payment used for the original purchase.
  • Refund will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return. Taopatch USA will refund back to your method of payment.
  • In the event a returned product is defective, not the original product that was sent to you, or the product does match what was shown on the Site after our inspection, the product will be returned to you at your cost, and the return shipping cost initially covered by Taopatch USA will instead be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Adhesives tapes and other Taopatch accessories are nonrefundable.

Disclaimer on Taopatch Necklace Use

  • Taopatch is not responsible for patches lost due to improper use or handling of the Taopatch Necklace. The necklace is designed to securely hold patches when used as directed; however, any loss resulting from misuse or mishandling is not covered. Please review the instructions provided to ensure correct use.

Shipping and Return

How long does it take to receive the product?

The delivery time frame for orders within the United States takes 7-14 business days while international orders takes 7-21 business days. An email with the order tracking information will be sent once our shipping team starts to prepare your order.

Are import and duties included in the total for international orders?

Import fees and duties are not included in the total and will have to be paid separately before or upon delivery of the order. Import fees and duties will be shouldered by the buyer.

Can I get replacements for lost patches?

Lost of patches while in use have no warranty and will not be eligible for replacements.

How do I return my order?

Return and Refund Guidelines:

  • The package must be complete (number of patches, case, etc.) with the exception of the adhesives.
  • The order must be within a 90-day time frame to be eligible.
  • The refund will be processed through PayPal or credit card used in original transaction once order has been received on our end.

When can I expect my refund?

Once our shipping team confirms the order has been returned to our warehouse, you will receive an email to confirm if the mode of payment used on the order is still and active. The refund may take 5-10 business days to reflect on your credit card or PayPal accounts. We do not issue checks for refunds.
